What Cheryl Said

Pretty much everything Cheryl Morgan says here about panels makes sense to me. It’d be really nice, too, if con organizers as a rule got ahead of this issue and didn’t put participants in the position of having to suggest female panelists or to point out the problem.

Hello, my name is Samantha and part of our college English course we were required to read “Steampunk II: Steampunk Reloaded”. As of right now we are currently writing an essay on one of the short stories in your book and a question we were asked to incorporate into our essay was “Why did you guys consider to incorporate Cherie Priest story, “Tanglefoot”, into your book and what did it have to do with Steampunk?”

I know this is a weird place to ask you this, but i didn’t know how else to contact you. But if you can please respond back, it’ll be much appreciated. Thank You.
