I’m happy to see the film includes Frank J. Dello Stritto, author of a great book about Bela Lugosi’s little known 1951 stage tour of Dracula in England. And also Joel Hodgson of MST3K – I watched that show all the time!

In the ’70’s, in Los Angeles, it was ‘Seymour’s Fright Night’ with Larry Vincent as Seymour. When he got cancelled from the local channel 9, channel 5 (my Saturday go to for a Godzilla fix) picked him up and called it ‘Monster Rally’. Seymour was quite fond of airing ‘Attack Of The Mushroom People’.

Then in the ’80’s we’d all gather to watch Elvira when she brought back ‘Fright Night’. Good times.
