		<description>I definitely agree that diversity is the key to avoiding creative burnout. If you do one type of thing for too long it just gets monotonous and the creative spark dies. I know I&#039;m not happy unless I&#039;m working a dozen things at the same time ..... eventually one of those projects always jumps to the forefront and demands to be finished. ( or the you know .... the deadline is staring in you in the face and then you HAVE to finish! lol! )</description>
