Here’s a picture–unlikely skin colour aside–of one of history’s most famous community organisers. Please think before you attack people for trying to improve the quality of life.
Good ol’ Jon Stewart. After the 2003 (2004?) DNC when Rev. Sharpton delivered one of the finest speeches I’ve ever heard (and Obama was been ladled with praise for a tepid speech), Stewart played clips of the condescending, misleading and downright idiotic reactions from corporate newsies to the Reverend’s address. Without Stewart, there’d be almost nobody on corporate media challenging the lies of corporate media.

Jon Stewart had a great, unsubtle riposte to watching Palin and Giuliani giggle over Obama’s community organization experience at the recent RNC:
Yeah! All you people who try to improve your communities? FU@K YOU!
He delivered it better. I was on the floor.

Can we get his name on the ballot? Or at least get him an anchor position with CNN?

Jesus, probably. Jon Stewart, I’m not sure.
