How about a story about a girl who’s dad dies when she is ten, who marries a guy who comes home to marry her fresh out of high school, because, being married, living in Germany could not be worse than living with an unbalanced mother who sits on you and beats your head on floor as she cries at night? Guess that’s a run-on, but…..
Or a story about how excited she was to tell Dale she was pregnant (four months), and have the drunk kick her in the stomach when she did, and yes child ONE was a miscarriage.
No, then the sodomy and other stuff would not work either. Luckily, she never stopped loving her two children, it’s just that, when the children did get grown, he did not leave as threatened for many years. Unfortunately, staying with him so the children would have both parents, does not count for much, right?
