Robin Brenner on Manga

I was really immensely pleased to interview Robin Brenner–writer, blogger, Eisner judge, and librarian–about manga for Bookslut. I also turned over my Bookslut column to her so she could give readers an all-time favorite manga list with explanations. I think she has some wonderful insights. Both features are definitely worth checking out.

    I’ll ditto her on Lone Wolf & Cub. Planetes was one of the best anime series I’ve seen, haven’t touched the manga though. While I love GIS, I think it’s incredible influence sometimes gives it more glory that it deserves.
