Coming out from Prime by World Fantasy. I think it’s Cisco’s best novel. I just love this thing. It would’ve been a Ministry title if Ministry hadn’t folded.

    That sounds original and intriguing. I’ve never heard of the author (yes, I live in a cave), but will certainly watch for this book.
